Baked Kale Chips Recipe
These crispy oven-baked kale chips are a great homemade snack. You cannot stop at just eating one, just like potato chips

Ingredients:
1. Half a pack of kale leaves or 45 grams
2. 3-4 tablespoons of quality olive oil
3. Salt (Atlantic sea salt)
(Other seasoning options: hot paprika, garlic powder)
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 160 C (325 F)
2. Tear the kale leaves into pieces the size you want
3. Transfer the leaves to a bowl and mix well with olive oil and salt
4. Sprinkle the kale leaves on a Baking paper
5. Sprinkle the spices over the leaves and place in the oven
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes and occasionally check to make sure the leaves are browning but not burning
