- 45 grams (approx. half a pack) of fresh kale leaves
- 3-4 tablespoons of high-quality olive oil
- Atlantic sea salt (or preferred salt)
- Optional seasonings: hot paprika, garlic powder

2. Tear the kale leaves into your desired size pieces.
