How to Make a Simple & Quick Radish Salad

A fresh and healthy salad that is suitable for any meal


15-20 small radishes cut into thin circles (a sharp knife will do the job)

3 green onion stalks cut into thin circles.

A handful of finely chopped parsley.

A quarter of green pepper

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

4 tablespoons olive oil

A half squeezed lemon juice

Teaspoon of apple vinegar
