The Best Vegetable Salad Recipe

This is the recipe for a basic vegetable salad, a winning recipe for the most popular salad that must be on every dinner. So how do we make a basic vegetable salad and what is the winning seasoning? Here are some nice tips.

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

5 cherry tomatoes

1 green onion

1 red pepper

5 large lettuce leaves (optional but very upgrading)

1/4 purple cabbage (optional but very upgrading)


Ingredients for the sauce:

8-9 coriander leaves (optional)

Juice from half a lemon

A quarter cup of olive oil (3 tablespoons / 45 ml)

A little salt

A little pepper

* Quantities can be doubled.


Instructions:

Cut the vegetables and cabbage into cubes and transfer to a bowl.

Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips and add to the bowl.

Mix the olive oil and lemon and pour over the salad, mixing well.

Cut the coriander into thin pieces and sprinkle over the vegetables.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well and serve!
