What are the payment options?

What do I get with my Agwa membership?

  • Your membership includes:
    • Monthly shipments of your custom selection of AgwaPods and Agwa’s proprietary premium nutrient solutions
    • Complete 24/7/365 management of your AgwaFarm by the Virtual Agronomist - Agwa’s cloud-based intelligent growing management system – and also your personal virtual gardening assistant.
    • Continuous monitoring and available expert assistance and advice from our team of Plant Specialists
    • White-glove service coverage for the duration of uninterrupted membership for any issues (see service agreement).

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

  • Yes. In that case, the Agwa Device will operate in a “remote/static” mode – i.e., without the intelligent virtual grower dynamically monitoring and adjusting light, nutrient, and water flow and parameter levels to optimize growth and keep the system in balance automatically. The customer would need to source seeds and pods (or purchase from Agwa a la carte), as well as nutrients, and monitor system parameters (e.g. pH, ec, tds, etc.), and maintain levels of inputs, water, and light accordingly, to keep a healthy system.

Do I need to re-enroll my membership at the end of the year/term?

  • To avoid any interruptions and inconvenience, we’ll automatically process your renewal a little before the end of the 12 months, but we’ll always contact you first as a reminder.
