    Only if anchoring the unit. Avoid drilling outside the specified areas to prevent damage.

    The device footprint is 60 by 60 cm and 120 cm tall. Leave at least 10 cm of space on each side for ventilation.
  • How do I secure the device on a moving vessel?
    You can anchor it to the floor or wall using the recommended mounting points provided in the manual.
  • Can I install more than one Agwa unit on the same vessel?
    Yes. Multiple units can operate together. Each one is managed separately in the app.

    Yes, but be sure to leave a 10 cm gap for airflow.

    If the device is connected to a water line, it fills automatically. Otherwise, the app will guide you through manual filling.
  • Where should I store the extra nutrients?
    In a cool, dry, and shaded place, ideally between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
  • What happens if the water runs out?
    The system will alert you, and watering will resume automatically once water is added. It’s best not to let the tank run dry.
  • Can I mix different nutrients together?
    No. Each nutrient has a specific role. Never mix pH+ with pH- or combine nutrient types.
  • How often should I refill the nutrients?
    The app will let you know based on usage. Typically, every 1 to 2 weeks depending on the number of plants.
  • How often do I need to add water manually?
    If you're not connected to a water line, you may need to refill every few days. The app will notify you in advance.

    Over time, plants complete their natural growth cycle. Replacing them keeps your harvest fresh and continuous.
  • What type of seeds are you using?
    We use high-quality, non-GMO seeds selected by expert agronomists for optimal hydroponic growth.
  • Can I grow my own seeds?
    Currently, the system supports only Agwa-approved seed pods to ensure performance and safety.
  • How to harvest properly?
    Cut about 5 cm above the pod to allow the plant to regrow. Never cut too close to the base.
  • Do I need to wash the plants before eating them?
    Washing is optional. Plants grow in a clean, controlled environment without soil or pesticides.
  • What do I do with a plant once I'm done with it?
    After harvesting two to three times, the app will prompt you to replace the pod with a new one.
  • How do I order new plants or pods?
    The system monitors your supply and automatically schedules delivery. You’ll also receive a notification in the app.
