By using Agwa’s onboard growing device, app, and related services, you agree to the following terms:

Agwa Farm Ltd. provides a smart, AI-powered solution for growing vegetables onboard commercial vessels. The system is intended for maritime use only and must be installed, operated, and maintained according to our official guidelines.

You are responsible for providing suitable infrastructure (power, water, WiFi) and ensuring safe operation by trained crew members. Misuse or exceeding system capacity may result in performance issues and void any warranty.

All software, data, and technology remain the sole property of Agwa. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the device or app. Agwa may collect anonymized usage data to improve system performance and fleet support.

We offer a limited 12-month warranty on hardware used as instructed. Agwa is not liable for indirect damages, crop loss, or operational delays caused by misuse or external vessel conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes will be handled in Tel Aviv courts.
