Herb Chaat Cups with Cilantro and Dill

This quick Indian-inspired street snack combines tangy, spicy and fresh flavors in crisp lettuce cups. The bold taste of cilantro and dill brings a refreshing twist to the classic chaat experience.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chickpeas (canned or fresh)
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon plain yogurt (optional)
A few leaves of Lalique lettuce or Iceberg lettuce for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chickpeas, tomato, onion, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt.
Fold in chopped cilantro and dill.
Spoon the mixture into individual lettuce leaves to form small cups.
Add a small dollop of yogurt on top if using.
Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.
